Τhe Strategy Meeting 2019-2023 of the Εuropean Society of Pathology-ESP will take place in Athens from 18 to 20 January 2019 under the Presidency of Professor Dina Tiniakos, Director of the Department of Pathology, Aretaieion Hospital, Medical School, National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
The ESP (https://www.esp-pathology.org) is the leading force in European pathology and its primary aim is to promote high quality diagnostic practice, applied and translational research and under/postgraduate education in the field of human pathology.
Thirty influential pathologists from 14 European countries will gather in Athens to plan the strategy and το define the priorities of ESP for the period 2019-2023. The delegates include Professors of Pathology and/or Directors of Pathology Departments in the larger European Hospitals, board members of collaborating scientific societies (Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes – UEMS, European School of Oncology etc) and junior pathologists active in ESP.
