Byzantine Aesthetics is one of the most distinctive periods in the History of Art with its own, very particular style that is recognizable at first sight and which exerted a major influence on the evolution of artistic expression and aesthetics. This intensive program aims to introduce participants to the magical world of Byzantine Aesthetics, Byzantine Painting and Byzantine Music. The program includes workshops that will allow students to gain an in-depth understanding of the theory and practices of Byzantine Art and a series of visits to important archaeological sites, monuments and museums that will enable students to delve into the sublime Byzantine universe.
