Participants in this year’s THYESPA programme received their Certificates of Attendance at a closing ceremony held in the University’s Great Hall on Thursday, 9 July 2026.
The event opened with welcoming remarks from Professor Sophia Papaioannou, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, International Relations and Extroversion.
Among those addressing the audience were Professor Nikolaos Thomaidis, Deputy Chair of the University’s Administration Council;
Professor Dimitrios Drosos, Dean of the School of Philosophy; and Professor Theodora Antonopoulou, Chair of the Department of Philology.
Professor Spyridoula Varlokosta, Chair of the Study Committee and Academic Coordinator for the programme, also gave a short address.
The event concluded with the presentation of Certificates of Attendance.
