DR K. TINIAKOU WAS INVITED TO GIVE THE ESP SYMEONIDIS LECTURE AT THE 33RD EUROPEAN CONGRESS OF PATHOLOGY

Dr K. Tiniakou was invited to give the ESP Symeonidis Lecture at the 33rd European Congress of Pathology

Dr Konstantina Tiniakou (Dina Tiniakos), Professor of Pathology and Director, Dept of Pathology, Aretaieion Hospital, Medical School, NKUA was invited to give the ESP Symeonidis Lecture (30 August 2021) at the 33rd European Congress of Pathology taking place virtually 29-31 August 2021. The ESP Symeonidis Lecture is one of the higher honours  given to a scientist by the European Society of Pathology (ΕSP) and this is the first time that a Greek pathologist has been selected. Every year one internationally renowned pathologist who has significantly contributed to their research field is honoured with the ESP Symeonidis Lecture, named after Alexander Symeonidis, Professor of Pathology, Medical School, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and founding member of the ESP (founded 1964).
