The Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the University of Athens and its Professor Emmanuela Doussis , organised on Friday 16 March 2018 an excellent event during which I had the pleasure to brief over 100 students about the job opportunities and internships in the United Nations.
The debate soon started revolving around the work of the United Nations as a whole and how it affects people's everyday lives. The 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, with which the students were gladly photographed, were also one of the issues of our discussion.
We agreed to renew our appointment for the following year. Until then, I'm sending to all the students my best wishes and I thank them wholeheartedly - as well as their Professor Doussis - for their warm welcome and hospitality.
